We have 3 pricing buckets on the broker channel.

The lenders at each of these have the lender paid comp set as listed. We have our core partners listed here. Core Partners are where you'll take most of your business. They have the most streamlined processes and best pricing for your most common deal types. Please see our full list of lenders for all options

Core partners

These are the Lenders that you are automatically set up with upon hire. We have 3 categories of pricing with the intention of placing loans according to the following criteria.

For loans in which your client only cares about price, not necessarily speed or ease of process, place these loans in the lowest priced bucket at 1.75%.

For loans that aren't very difficult, and are provided the valuable benefit of speed to close and ease of process, they can get priced in the middle bucket at 2.25%.

For difficult or time consuming loans such as self employed or down payment assistance, you do more work and therefor should get paid better. Place these files with 2.75% comp lenders.
